Privacy and personal data protection policy

Categories of personal data collected

Identification and contact data During the account registration process, we collect information such as name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, and date of birth. Age verification is an absolute legal requirement – access to services is allowed only for persons over 18 years of age. This data allows for the creation of a unique profile and ensures secure access to services.

Technical data and system logs We automatically record data such as IP address, device type, operating system, and browser version. This information is necessary to monitor platform stability, prevent cyberattacks, and optimize content display according to technical hardware specifications.

Activity and transaction data We process information about how the service is used, login sessions, and the statuses of completed operations. If the user uses payment services, this data is handled by certified processors to ensure the maximum level of financial protection.

Legal bases for data processing

The processing of personal data is based on the following legal foundations:

  • Contract performance: When data is necessary to provide services requested by the user.
  • Legal obligation: When Polish regulations impose on us the obligation to verify identity.
  • Legitimate interest: To ensure network security and detect fraud.
  • Consent: In the case of voluntary additional services, such as marketing.

Purposes of using personal information

The collected data is used for proper user account management, efficient technical support, analysis of service performance to introduce ergonomic improvements, and protection against cyber threats.

Retention period and data deletion

We store personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or for the time required by law in Poland. After this time, the data is permanently and securely deleted or anonymized.

Sharing data with third parties

We never sell user data to third parties. Data may only be transferred to trusted technology providers who act on our behalf. In situations provided for by law, we may be obliged to provide data to law enforcement authorities in Poland.

International data transfers

In cases where our technical partners are located outside the European Economic Area, we apply appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to guarantee a level of data protection consistent with GDPR standards.

Technical security measures

We use advanced technical measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access, or modification. These include SSL/TLS connection encryption, intrusion detection systems, and strict access control for personnel.

User rights (GDPR)

Every user has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, and data portability. The user also has the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
