Publishing offensive content or content infringing on the rights of others is strictly prohibited.
All financial operations are subject to strict security procedures. The user can only make deposits from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. We reserve the right to suspend payment processes for security checks or identity verification. Any operational fees are communicated before the transaction is finalized.
The user acknowledges that using the platform's services involves the risk of losing financial resources. We do not provide any guarantees as to the positive outcome of interactions or the achievement of financial benefits. The service is provided "as is." Prudence in using the services is the sole responsibility of the user.
All content published on the service, including texts, logos, and website architecture, is the intellectual property of the operator or is used under appropriate licenses. Copying or distributing these elements without written consent is prohibited and constitutes a violation of Polish copyright law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or equipment failures on the user's side. We are not responsible for the effects of force majeure or for errors resulting from improper use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of the regulations, suspected fraud, or at the request of authorized state authorities in Poland. The user can close the account at any time by contacting the support department.
All disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties undertake to first attempt an amicable resolution of the conflict. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the common court for resolution.
